    Civil Engineering

2 Develop Urban engaged Rehaula to reposition the firm and add more expression as a South-East Queensland civil engineering company. Through brand strategy, visual identity, website development and ongoing Virtual CMO support, Rehaula helped position the business around advancing people, projects and communities forward.

2 Develop Urban had built strong market respect through technical expertise, trusted leadership and a streamlined approach to civil engineering, but the brand did not yet fully communicate the deeper purpose driving the business. Their capability was known, but their point of difference, regional commitment and people-first approach needed to be brought forward in a more meaningful and commercially relevant way.

The challenge was to shift the brand narrative from process to progress, moving beyond engineering delivery alone and positioning 2 Develop Urban as a consultancy committed to helping people, projects and communities advance across South-East Queensland.

    The key challenges were:

    • Articulating the firm’s deeper purpose beyond technical delivery
    • Strengthening its position as a community-led civil engineering consultancy
    • Communicating its South-East Queensland focus in a meaningful way
    • Preserving existing brand equity while creating a more confident identity system
    • Building a digital presence that better reflected the quality, momentum and personality of the business
    Brand Strategy

We developed a brand strategy that repositioned 2 Develop Urban around its role in advancing people and their projects forward. Rather than framing the business purely around civil engineering services, the strategy brought forward the firm’s commitment to people, community and regional progress, giving the brand a stronger emotional and commercial foundation.

    Visual Identity

With meaningful equity already held in the existing logomark, we evolved the identity rather than replacing it entirely. This allowed 2 Develop Urban to retain recognition while strengthening the overall brand system to better reflect momentum, quality and regional connection.

    Visual Identity

We built a new website to bring the brand strategy and identity to life in a more complete digital experience. The website was developed to better communicate who 2 Develop Urban is, what they do and why their approach matters, giving clients, partners and future team members a stronger understanding of the business from the first interaction.

    A stronger market position

2 Develop Urban now has a brand position that reflects the full value of the business, moving beyond technical capability alone and presenting the consultancy as a people-focused civil engineering partner committed to advancing projects and communities forward.

A brand system with existing equity and stronger impact

By evolving the identity rather than replacing it, the brand retains recognition while gaining a more polished and distinctive system that better reflects the business’s quality, energy and regional focus.

A website built around purpose and progress

The new website gives 2 Develop Urban a stronger digital presence, helping communicate its services, values and difference in a way that supports client confidence, recruitment and ongoing business development.

A platform for ongoing marketing growth

With brand strategy, visual identity, website and activation planning in place, 2 Develop Urban now has a consistent foundation for ongoing marketing, content, social media, campaigns and communications.

What our clients have to say.

Behind every brand, website and marketing activity is a business that trusted us to get it right.

“Working with Rehaula has been a transformative experience for 2 Develop Urban. As a civil engineering consultancy committed to advancing people and their projects forward, we needed a brand partner who could understand our purpose and be a true extension of our team. Rehaula does just that.

    Managed IT Services

Incito engaged Rehaula to reposition its business for a new era of enterprise technology. Through brand strategy, visual identity and ongoing Virtual CMO partnership, Rehaula transformed Incito from a respected managed IT services provider into a more distinctive, enterprise-ready technology partner built to support large-scale businesses across the APAC region.

Incito was already an established IT Managed Services provider with technical capability, trusted client relationships and experience supporting large-scale organisations. The challenge was not capability, it was how they presented themselves in market. Their brand presence did not fully reflect the scale, strategic value or future-facing role they played for enterprise clients navigating increasingly complex digital environments.

To compete at a higher commercial level, Incito needed a brand that could move beyond the perception of managed IT service delivery and position the business as a strategic technology partner for large-scale organisations and ASX-listed companies.

    The key challenges were:

    • Moving beyond category conventions in a crowded IT services market
    • Building stronger enterprise-level brand authority
    • Repositioning Incito from managed services provider to strategic technology partner
    • Creating a brand system that reflected trust, modernity and digital confidence
    • Activating the new position across digital, physical and communications touchpoints
    Brand Strategy

We developed a strategic brand foundation that repositioned Incito around its role in helping enterprises navigate the digital era. Rather than leading with services alone, the brand strategy reframed Incito around guidance, protection and long-term business confidence, giving the business a stronger commercial position and a more compelling platform for enterprise engagement.

    Brand Naming

We created a visual identity inspired by navigation through the digital era, directly reflecting Incito’s purpose to guide enterprises through technology change while securing their business into the future. The identity was designed to signal strategic pathfinding, digital protection and enterprise confidence without relying on the predictable visual codes of the IT sector.

    Visual Identity

We extended the new brand across key touchpoints to create a more consistent and commercially credible market presence. From website copy and digital communications to office environment design, social strategy, press release activity, event experience and photography direction, every application was designed to help Incito project scale, confidence and strategic relevance.

    Stronger enterprise positioning

Incito now has a brand position that better reflects the scale of the organisations it supports, moving the business beyond managed IT services and into a stronger strategic partner role for enterprise clients.

    A more distinctive market presence

The new identity places Incito in a fresher, more recognisable visual territory within the IT sector, helping the brand stand apart from category sameness while still communicating trust, capability and commercial confidence.

    A platform for ongoing growth

With a defined strategy, identity system and activation framework in place, Incito has a brand foundation that can support future marketing, communications, events, digital experience and business development activity.

    Greater alignment across touchpoints

The rebrand gives Incito a consistent way to present its expertise across every interaction, from website copy and social content to office environments, media activity and client-facing communications.

What our clients have to say.

Behind every brand, website and marketing activity is a business that trusted us to get it right.

The synergy between our organisations has made Rehaula feel like a natural extension of our team rather than an outside consultant. I would absolutely recommend their services to any business looking for a partner who combines organisational excellence with creative insight.

    Forestry & Timber Products

Logmans supplies premium ironbark and quality hardwood to families, campers and local businesses across Brisbane’s northside and beyond.

Rehaula delivered a new visual identity and website to evolve the brand in line with its growth and reputation.

The result is a clearer, more confident brand that reinforces trust, quality and reliability whilst maintaining a sense of personality – giving Logmans the presence to own its region as the number one choice for premium timber supply.

Logmans has built a strong reputation for quality timber and reliable service across Brisbane’s northside, but its brand did not fully reflect that standing or support its continued growth.

In a competitive local market where familiarity and trust drive purchasing decisions, the business needed a clearer, more confident presence to reinforce its position and stand out as the go‑to supplier.

To move forward, Logmans needed to evolve its brand in a way that matched its reputation and strengthened its leadership in the region.

    The key challenges were:

    • Competing in a local market where trust and familiarity heavily influence buying decisions
    • Aligning brand perception with the quality and reliability the business is known for
    • Establishing a stronger presence as the preferred supplier for families, campers and local businesses.
    Visual Identity

We evolved Logmans’ visual identity to better reflect the quality and reliability the business is known for. The system was designed to be engaging and easy to recognise, strengthening presence and reinforcing trust and approachability. As part of this, we refined the existing logomark and character to create a more consistent and cohesive finish, lifting the overall brand and improving recognition in market.

    Website (Shopify)

We designed and developed a streamlined Shopify website to make it easier for customers to understand the offering and place orders. The site simplifies the buying process, improves product clarity and supports Logmans’ position as a dependable, go‑to supplier in the region.

    Stronger local market presence

Logmans now sits as an industry leader with greater confidence and visibility, reinforcing its position as a trusted, go‑to supplier across Brisbane’s northside.

    Improved recognition and consistency

The refined identity strengthens how the brand shows up in market, creating a more consistent and recognisable presence across all touchpoints.

    Simplified path to purchase

The new website makes it easier for customers to find, understand and order products – supporting faster, more confident buying decisions.

    Positioned for regional leadership

With a clearer, more aligned brand in place, Logmans is better equipped to build trust, win preference and lead in its local market.

What our clients have to say.

Behind every brand, website and marketing activity is a business that trusted us to get it right.

Rehaula knew exactly where we wanted to go with our brand, we’re all about our local community, and care about quality firewood. As a company commited to ensuring people to have a good time, we absolutely love our tagline, name and logo and soon to launch website. Thank you Rehaula!

    Civil Plumbing

Territory Water Solutions delivers civil plumbing and water infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory, supporting government, industry and communities with essential services.

Rehaula was engaged to roll out the new identity for Territory Water Solutions across all materials and channels. The result is a consistent, aligned brand now fully embedded across the business and ready to support growth.

Barkly Plumbing Services sought to rebrand in market as Territory Water Solutions, to better demonstrate the breadth and scope in which their capabilities cover across the Northern Territory.

However, despite seeking services from two other providers the new brand had not been able to be effectively rolled out, leaving it inconsistently applied and not fully embedded across the business.

To realise the value of the rebrand, Territory Water Solutions needed a structured rollout that could bring clarity, consistency and alignment across all materials and channels. That’s where they sought the support of Rehaula.

    The key challenges were:

    • Rolling out a new brand across print, digital and operational materials in a consistent way
    • Closing the gap between a defined identity and its real‑world application
    • Ensuring internal adoption and alignment across teams and touchpoints
    Brand rollout and systemisation

We translated the new brand into a practical, usable system that could be applied consistently across the business. This ensured the identity moved beyond concept and into a clear, repeatable way of working.

    Application across materials

We rolled out the brand across all key print and digital materials, aligning everything from operational documents to external communications. This created a cohesive, consistent presence across the business.

    Internal alignment and adoption

We ensured the brand was easy to implement day‑to‑day, supporting teams with the tools and structure needed to use it correctly. This embedded the identity internally and made it sustainable over time.

    Website implementation

We delivered a new website that brought the brand to life online, providing a clear and consistent digital expression aligned with the business’s scale and role in the sector.

    Consistency across the business

The brand is now applied consistently across all materials, creating a unified and recognisable presence across the entire business.

    Embedded internal adoption

With clear systems and tools in place, teams can confidently apply the brand day to day, ensuring it is used correctly and maintained over time.

    Clear and credible external presence

Territory Water Solutions now presents with greater clarity and professionalism, strengthening its position with clients, partners and stakeholders.

A rollout their team and the community loves

The brand has moved beyond idea and into full implementation, garnering front page news and positive engagement from the community.

What our clients have to say.

Behind every brand, website and marketing activity is a business that trusted us to get it right.

Rehaula came on to work with us after we had started our rebrand 2 years prior. They took what we had and turned it into a beautiful website, story, social media posts and strategy, templates – all while taking carriage of the mental load that comes with a rebrand. Amber and her team are efficient, diligent and details orientated. I cant recommend their services enough for any marketing needs!”

    Financial Services

Impact Wealth is a South‑East Queensland–based retirement planning and wealth advisory supporting clients before, during and beyond retirement.

Rehaula led brand strategy and a new visual to reposition the business away from cold, corporate norms and toward a more human, trust‑led advisory model.

The result is a differentiated brand aligned with client values, aspirations and long‑term relationships.

Impact Wealth was operating in a financial services category dominated by cold, corporate brands that reduce retirement planning to numbers and transactions.

While the business was built on long‑term relationships and personal trust, the brand identity didn’t reflect that reality, the identity was far too cool and cold, whereas the brand was rich in warmth, assurance and the good sense of knowing someone is there by your side side.

To grow, Impact Wealth needed to clearly differentiate itself as a genuinely human advisor – one that understands clients’ lives, not just their balance sheets.

    The key challenges were:

    • Competing in a market where corporate distance makes it difficult to build genuine trust
    • Building emotional connection without sacrificing professional credibility
    • Shifting perception from transactional advice to long‑term partnership and warmth.
    Brand Strategy

We defined a strategic position that reframed Impact Wealth as a calm, steady presence through the uncertainty and change that comes with retirement planning. The strategy centred on reassurance and continuity –reinforcing the business as an advisor that stays alongside clients over time, offering confidence and clarity when decisions matter most.

    Visual Identity

We evolved the visual identity to deliberately move away from cold, corporate cues and toward something more human and familiar. The system was designed to feel reassuring rather than imposing, expressing trust that doesn’t need to shout, and credibility built through presence, care and consistency.

    Brand Marketing

With strong foundations in place, our focus shifted to accelerating growth through strategic content, social media video production and targeted advertising campaigns, helping Impact Wealth strengthen its market presence and build momentum behind an already respected brand.

    Clear separation from corporate competitors

Impact Wealth now stands clearly apart in a category dominated by impersonal, corporate brands. The repositioning replaces distance with presence – signalling calm authority, approachability and trust from the first interaction.

Trust built at critical decision points

By centring reassurance and continuity, the brand supports clients during moments of uncertainty, helping them feel confident, informed and in control when long‑term financial decisions are being made.

Stronger alignment with how clients actually think about retirement

The evolved brand reflects the emotional reality of retirement planning, not just the financial mechanics – strengthening relevance, connection and long‑term engagement.

A brand built for enduring advisory relationship

With a human, credible brand in place, Impact Wealth is positioned to build deeper, longer‑term client relationships grounded in trust, consistency and care – not transactions.

    Automotive Services

Dents B Gone (DBG) engaged Rehaula to reposition the business from dent repair service to masters of vehicle restoration and preservation.

Through brand strategy and a new visual identity, we reframed each service as a critical preservation decision rather than a simple fix.

The outcome is a more authoritative, trust‑led brand aligned with the emotional value customers place on their vehicles.

Dents B Gone was operating in a market crowded with repair driven competitors, where services are often viewed as transactional fixes rather than specialist craftsmanship. While DBG’s method and expertise were clearly differentiated, the brand lacked the authority and narrative needed to communicate that difference and be recognised as masters of vehicle restoration and preservation. To grow, DBG needed to elevate how its work was understood, not just what it did.

    The key challenges were:

    • Standing apart in a price‑led, commodity repair market
    • Communicating the value of DBG’s specialist method and expertise
    • Shifting customer perception from short‑term repair to long‑term vehicle preservation
    Brand Strategy

We positioned Dents B Gone as the masters of vehicle restoration and preservation by articulating the magic behind their work – a unique method refined through years of specialised expertise. This transformed DBG’s offering from a collection of services into a singular, clearly defined approach: one that rescues automotive authenticity and preserves a vehicle’s integrity with almost imperceptible precision. What looks like magic is, in fact, absolute mastery – made clear, credible, and unmistakably Dents B Gone.

    Visual Identity

We created an evolved visual identity that captures the sense of magic at the heart of the Dents B Gone method. The system balances mystique with discipline, using authentic storytelling to reveal the extraordinary outcomes of their craft. Every element was designed to express the moment where tradition meets innovation, turning dents and imperfections into something remarkable, and reinforcing DBG’s role as guardians of automotive originality.

Clear differentiation in a crowded market

Dents B Gone now stands decisively apart from repair‑led competitors, with a brand that signals mastery, method and care – elevating the business beyond services into specialist territory.

    Elevated value perception

By reframing restoration as preservation, Dents B Gone moved the conversation away from quick fixes and toward long‑term value, enabling higher‑quality, trust‑based engagements.

    Stronger emotional connection

The new brand aligns with how customers truly value their vehicles, strengthening loyalty and positioning Dents B Gone as a custodian of automotive authenticity.

    A platform for longterm growth

With a distinctive brand narrative and identity in place, Dents B Gone has a clear foundation to build reputation, relevance and leadership in vehicle restoration and preservation.

What our clients have to say.

Behind every brand, website and marketing activity is a business that trusted us to get it right.

    Building Materials

Essier engaged Rehaula to redefine its position in a decking market where sustainability greatly needed.

Leading a full brand strategy, renaming and visual identity, Rehaula repositioned the business as a category leader championing circular solutions as the standard, not the alternative.

The outcome is a credible, future‑focused brand positioned to lead the category and shift how sustainable decking is valued.

Essier was operating in a decking market driven by price, familiarity and short‑term decisions, where sustainability was acknowledged but rarely decisive. While their solution was designed to lead industry change, the brand lacked the authority and clarity to challenge entrenched norms and compete at a higher commercial level.

    The key challenges were:

    • Standing out in a crowded, price‑led category
    • Building immediate credibility with specifiers and partners
    • Reframing sustainability from an alternative to the industry norm.
    Brand Strategy

We defined a clear brand position, value proposition and messaging framework to shift Elysium Decking (soon to be Essier) from a sustainable alternative to a category leader. This strategic platform reframed sustainability as a commercial advantage, giving the business clarity, confidence and alignment across all touchpoints.

    Brand Naming

Renaming the business from Elysium Decking to Essier marked a deliberate step away from category conventions, creating space for leadership positioning and long‑term growth. The name supports differentiation, credibility and relevance within a mature, price‑led market.

    Visual Identity

We developed a refined, distinctive visual identity, including logo, colour palette, typography system and supporting elements, grounded in practicality rather than superficial luxury. The system reflects Essier’s role as a brand that simply makes sense, reinforcing trust, clarity and long‑term usability.

    Clear Category Leadership

Essier now occupies a distinct leadership position, reframing sustainability from an alternative option into a practical, responsible standard within the decking category.

    Stronger Commercial Credibility

The new brand builds immediate trust with industry partners, specifiers and customers, supporting higher‑value conversations and long‑term partnerships.

    A Platform Built For Growth

With a clear brand strategy, name and identity in place, Essier has a scalable foundation to support expansion, consistency and future product innovation.

    A Good Brand For

Essier is now free to create positive impact across the entire value chain, from the suppliers and partners that bring it to life to the customers that choose it and the planet that benefits every time they do.
